Dairy Cows Are The Worst

That’s what a freshly-released Forbes article says anyway. Let’s all agree that when we’re throwing around accusations about who does or doesn’t ruin the environment we dive into the data with an ounce of perspective.

Data can be, not always, but can be, manipulated to support any narrative.

Variables like sample size, farm size, resources, inputs, geography, weather patterns, etc. can really impact a particular study.

And, because we’re always brutally honest around here, a study based in New Zealand focusing on dairy cows shouldn’t drive the narrative about cows in let’s say Oregon.

I find this study from UC Davis interesting if you’re up for a quick read.
